ORDERING
Orders may be placed either through our certified, secured and encrypted shopping cart on our web site or through our Customer Service Department at +1 647-761-5817. By placing an order with Four Square Incorporated, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that Four Square Incorporated is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by Four Square Incorporated.

TERMS
Payment is due before shipment, unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept Visa, MasterCard,  COD, and Wire Transfer. Dealers, resellers, and government and educational institutions may apply for payment terms other than prepaid. These terms will be determined based on overall credit history and financial ability to pay for all goods purchased. Please allow 10-15 business days for application processing. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on “hold” status until the amount over the limit is paid.

PAYMENTS
When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. For accounts with payment terms, when paying by check, please ensure that your customer number and invoice numbers are clearly listed to speed up processing and avoid possible errors. Any deductions must include proper documentation before they are allowed. Deductions for shortages, defective products, returns, etc., MUST have an accompanying credit memo when deducted from the payment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in credit not being applied. Labor charges for any in person service Charges will be at $95.00 plus applicable taxes. minimum of 1 hour labor will be charged for any in person service calls. Parts, supplies and shipping are not included in this charge.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
For accounts with payment terms, if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, further shipments may be placed on “hold” status until the past due amount is paid in full. NSF checks and stop payments will be subject to a $50.00 service charge. In the event of repeated delinquencies, and if we cannot otherwise resolve the matter to our satisfaction, your account may be placed in the hands of a collection agency or attorney for collection. In the event that your account is sent for collection, you will be obligated to pay the full balance of your account, plus interest thereon, at the highest rate permitted by law, together with all reasonable attorney’s fees, collection fees and related expenses incurred by Four Square Incorporated. The venue for all court hearings and litigation will be in Toronto, Ontario.

ACCURACY
Four Square Incorporated attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Four Square Incorporated shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

USER CONTENT
When you submit “User Content” to us, whether via email, feedback, or posting on the website, you agree to give us rights to use and control that content as detailed below.

“User Content” means any information, messages, suggestions, questions, comments, postings, advertisements, ratings, ideas, techniques, notes, know-how, drawings, concepts, designs, audio visual material, photographs and pictures (including pictures of the user and other representations of the user’s name and likeness), digital images, embedded images and other items or property depicted in the submitted images, or other content in any form submitted by a reader, customer or subscriber.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully assignable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, reformat, create derivative works from, distribute and display content throughout the world for any purpose and in any media (including for advertising or other commercial use). You grant us the non-exclusive right to seek to enjoin and/or obtain damages from any third party from the unauthorized use or reproduction of your content. If we publish your content or authorize or license others to do so, your content may be edited for length or clarity or for any other reason either before or after it is published. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content for any reason from Four Square Incorporated.

You hereby disclaim any right to any compensation from Four Square Incorporated in connection with Four Square Incorporated exercise of its license rights in and to the User Content you have submitted to Four Square Incorporated. You acknowledge and agree that Four Square Incorporated is under no obligation of confidence to you, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any User Content.

CHANGES
Four Square Incorporated reserves the right to change its terms and conditions in any respect at any time. Four Square Incorporated reserves the right to waive any of these terms and conditions without affecting future enforceability of that or any other term or condition.
